Delivery Terms -

• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
• In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
• Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.
• The estimated Delivery time is based on a couple of varying factors like Product Nature, Stock Availability, Customization of order, your location

• We offer personalized delivery of your furniture through our team who will come in unpack, assemble and clean up your space once your furniture is setup.
• We ensure that our technician will call you to fix your appointment. Due to unforeseen circumstances, you happen to miss your delivery our technicians will leave you a message and reschedule a delivery for the same. A rescheduling of an appointment may incur an additional transportation fee. Contact us here if you have any queries regarding the same.

Assembly Terms -

• When it comes to furniture installation, we’ll do that for you too, absolutely free!
• The Installation is depended upon the structure and built of the product; however, any of the followings could match your purchase.
• No-Installation - These furniture products are built for a ready to use & fit situation post the arrival.
• Self-Installation (DIY) - Our furniture experts design the structure to help you assemble by self via introducing a very easy knock in & out mechanism. You are additionally provided with a free installation guide.
• Expert-Installation - Any furniture that requires expert installation help, for which we offer assembly services across enlisted cities.
• Installation will take 24-48 hr after delivery in location is outskirt areas from Metro city. For all metro city Installation can be done on the same day of delivery.
• Any Installation done by buyer’s end without consultation from our team will result in void of Product Warranty.
